NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 32-1-903(6)(a), C.R.S., the Silver Hawk Metropolitan District, of El Paso County, Colorado, will hold a combined Annual Meeting on June 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, via the access information provided below.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the items listed in the agenda below. No official action shall be taken at the meeting.  The meeting is open to the public.

1.     Welcome and Introductions.

2.     Discussion regarding the status of public infrastructure projects within the Districts.

3.     Discussion regarding the status of outstanding bonds, if any.

4.     Review of unaudited financial statements showing the year-to-date revenue and expenditures of the Districts in relation to their adopted budgets, as amended if applicable, for the present calendar year.
